We
specialize in locating
people and background checks nationwide. Helping people
search for and find lost friends and kids gives us great joy. Our regular fee
for field investigations is $65.00 per hour. If
your case involves a missing person, locating an old friend, runaway
teen, abducted child or a case gone cold to locate someone you’ve
got our attention.
We’ll
conduct an investigation to search for your loved one at the
rate of $65.00 per hour plus expenses and thirty cents per mile for
gasoline. We’ll not only employ the search techniques developed from
years of experience but we’ll also search the places and interview
the people you think should’ve been checked before if you have
certain concerns. We
require a retainer in the amount of at least $500.00 to be paid in advance of
the investigation.
Expenses
will include mileage at thirty cents per mile and Investigators
usually drive to most areas unless other arrangements are requested or
agreed to by the client. Throughout
the investigation you’ll receive regular updates that may include
the locations checked, dates, names of people interviewed and their
response, time stamp video, still photos and report.
Frequently
Ask Questions
What
can you accomplish by helping people search the places they want
checked?
When
information is given to the police by family members of the missing
person, that information isn’t always regarded as useful. Sometimes
regarded as insignificant, the investigating agency conducting the
search might ignore good leads and search an area they feel is best.
Our experience has been that searching for people in the areas where
nobody took the time to look often produces amazing results. Family
members know what kind of people the subject is attracted to and the
type of places they like to go. It only makes sense for us to search
there especially if nobody else did.
What
happens if you don’t find the person?
Since
there are no magic wands or crystal balls to show us where to search
in detective work, there’s no way to predict the outcome of any
case. Although we do find over 90 percent, there are cases that go
unsolved. If your subject has not been found you’ll
at least have each photo, every location we searched, every lead we
researched, every interview and our assessment of your case. We’ll
tell you what we think should be your next move. You might not know
where your missing person is but you’ll certainly know where
they’re not.
How
are the expenses handled?
Mileage
is the most common expense and that’s always a variable. Overnight
lodging is the next most common because the Private Investigators
sometimes travel great distances from home while researching and
investigating the case for you. These possible expenses will be
discussed in advance. A credit card is generally used to cover these
expenses. The Investigator will pay his or her expenses as required
and we’ll reimburse the investigator by charging your credit card.
Lodging expenses will be documented with receipts while mileage is
documented by the Investigators report. Sometimes
paying the Investigators airfare is less expensive than paying travel
time and mileage. Under these conditions you can request that our
Investigator fly instead of drive. A car rental will be required and
lodging expenses will also be charged.
