A. Most fugitive recovery agents (aka: Bounty Hunters) work for Bail Bonding companies. When a defendant fails to return for court at the appointed time, the bail bond agency hires the fugitive recovery agent to arrest the defendant. Some states restrict bounty hunting.

Yes.

A: Professional training should always come first. Never attempt this job without it.
